14:30 Medical Device Emerging Markets Supply Chain Optimization Study – Identifying The Gaps

While emerging markets are the leading opportunity for growth for medical device manufacturers, running a supply chain in emerging markets creates many challenges. Several speakers at LogiMed will address how they are tackling some of the emerging markets supply chain issues, but the industry still has a long way to go.

The University of Michigan is interested in identifying the gaps in emerging markets supply chain best practices and then studying these gaps over the next year in partnership with the LogiMed community. Learn how this study may look and share your input on what you’d like to see examined within emerging markets. The results will be shared at LogiMed 2016!

15:55 Interactive Roundtable Discussions

Choose 3, 30 minutes each

While the first part of LogiMed is jam-packed with detailed presentations and thought-provoking panel discussions, we end the day with interactive roundtable discussions. This is your chance to sit with each of the day’s speakers to ask questions about their presentations, share your thoughts, and dive deeper into the subject matter. What’s even better is that you pick which roundtables to partake in – choose the ones relevant to your most pressing initiatives and send your team mates to others to cover full ground.
